User Agreement
Access to and use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions closely before using our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
Any use of the www.terracegreenhotel.com website, or written communication with Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd., for the purposes of travel arrangements, confirms that you are aged 18 or over and that you have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are devised for the protection of all parties.
Booking Conditions
The Terrace Green Hotel website is owned and operated by Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd., with offices located at 11/A St. Jude Lane, Ettukala, Negombo, Sri Lanka.
Customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions including booking conditions which are available at www.terracegreenhotel.com/terms-and-conditions. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd. with whom you elect to deal. You understand that any violation of such conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations or purchases, denial of access to the hotel, forfeiture of monies paid, and Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd. debiting your account for any resulting costs.
You are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this website, including transactions performed by others on your behalf.
With respect to hotel reservations and ground arrangements made directly through this website, your reservation will become confirmed once you have sent an online confirmation, provided your credit card details. In some cases, an initial non-refundable deposit may be charged.
Booking Your Stay
A booking is accepted only after written confirmation from you along with full payment or a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value. We accept travel date changes upon room availability at no charge. (This may be waived solely at the discretion of Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd.)
For bookings made via our Internet Booking Engine, full payment or for email inquiries, payment of a deposit — or written confirmation will indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Final Payment
If a balance of payment is due, it must be paid by you before leaving the hotel.
Methods of Payment
Payments may be made by:
Bank transfer, or
Credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
If paid via bank transfer, all additional transfer charges and fees will be borne by you.
If paid at check-in, we accept credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash payments. Cash is preferred.
Price Policy
Prices for your travel arrangements may change due to governmental action, currency exchange fluctuations, or supplier price increases. If prices increase for reasons beyond our control, you must either pay the additional cost or cancel in accordance with the booking conditions.
Booking Confirmation
If booking is made through our Internet booking engine, you will receive an instant booking confirmation followed by a greeting email from our reservations agent.

Amendments and Cancellations
Reasonable changes to your booking may be made after notifying you. Cancellation policies differ based on season and offer type. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on our website for detailed terms.
Child Policy
The minimum age of our guests is 12 years. All children 12+ are considered adults.
Changes to the Booking
Date changes may be requested via reservations@terracegreenhotel.com, subject to availability and rate differences.
Airport Transfers
Every room reservation includes one complimentary airport pickup or drop-off. Please read carefully our greeting email and send confirmed flight details to reservations@terracegreenhotel.com for arrangements.
Overbooking Transfers
In the event of overbooking, Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd. may transfer your reservation to a similar or higher-category hotel at no extra cost. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund (minus bank charges).
Best Rate Guarantee
Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd. guarantees the lowest room rates when booked directly through www.terracegreenhotel.com, subject to specific terms and exclusions.
Health, Passport, and Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers possess valid passports, visas, and required health documentation. Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for travel disruptions caused by invalid or missing documents.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance at the time of booking. Our team can assist you through our trusted partners if required.
Responsibility
Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd. accepts liability only for incidents directly resulting from proven negligence related to arrangements forming part of your itinerary. We are not responsible for external factors or events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or Acts of God.
Breakages and Damages
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages caused during their stay and must settle such costs before departure.
Behavior
Guests must comply with all hotel and local regulations. Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate a stay if behavior causes distress or danger to others, without liability for refunds or compensation.
Severability
If any clause of these Booking Conditions is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
Arbitration
All contracts and disputes shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Complaints
Any complaints should first be raised with hotel management. If unresolved, please send a written complaint to daria@terracegreenhotel.com within 28 days of departure for review.
Exclusion of Liability
Terrace Green Hotel Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee that all information is error-free but commits to correcting any inaccuracies once notified. We are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on information provided on this site or linked sites not operated by us.
Information Provided by You
All information you provide must be accurate. We treat personal and payment information confidentially and securely.
Electronic Communication
By using our website, you consent to receive communications electronically. Notices, disclosures, and agreements provided electronically satisfy all legal requirements for written communication.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
